Short version: your information is used to arrange lessons and concerts, and for nothing else.

What is collected
When you submit the enrolment form we collect the student’s name and date of birth, your name and contact details, and the answers you give about the student’s playing experience, what they have at home to practise on, and their goals.
When you register for a concert we collect the student’s name, the pieces they will play, and your photo consent choices.
Why it is collected
To arrange and plan lessons, to plan concerts, and to contact you about them. Photo consent is collected separately for each concert so that it can be given or withheld for any individual event.
Who sees it
Sally, and no one else. Information submitted through this website is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not used for marketing.
Forms
Online forms on this site are processed by Cognito Forms on our behalf. Their handling of submitted data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Photographs
Concert photographs are stored on a password-protected page available only to families at that concert, and are deleted automatically thirty days after the concert. Photographs are never published publicly without separate, specific consent.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about your family at any time by emailing hello@sallyspiano.com. Requests will be actioned within a reasonable period.
